The Service is an independent Australian directory of migration agent. All articles, comparisons, rankings, calculators, fee estimates and editorial commentary are provided for general research only. Nothing on the Service is, or is intended to be, professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

2. Not migration advice

Information on this site about visa subclasses, points tests, eligibility, processing times, costs and outcomes is general only. Visa-application outcomes turn on case-specific facts and on Department of Home Affairs policy at the time of decision. We are not a migration agent and do not provide immigration assistance.

Only a registered migration agent (RMA) holding a current MARN, or an Australian legal practitioner with unrestricted practising rights, can lawfully give you immigration assistance for a fee. Confirm any agent's current registration at mara.gov.au/search-the-register before paying any fee.

We do not represent that any listed agent will achieve any particular visa outcome. Outcomes are not guaranteed and depend on factors outside any agent's control.

4. Rankings and editorial methodology

"Best", "top" and similar editorial framings on listicle pages are the editor's view based on the criteria published at /methodology. They are not statements of fact or guarantees of outcome. Where a list is sorted alphabetically rather than ranked, this is noted on the page itself.

5. No reviews collected on this site

We do not collect first-party reviews. Where you see a credibility signal next to a listed provider, it is a regulatory registration or industry credential as declared by the provider — not a star rating, not a review aggregate, and not a clinical-outcome testimonial.

6. Accuracy + corrections

We work hard to keep data current but errors do occur. If you find a factual error, an outdated fee, a wrongly attributed credential, or a listing that should be updated or removed, email [email protected]. We respond to factual corrections within three business days and add a visible "updated on" line to the affected page.
